TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2014 – The 16th episode of season two’s Extraordinary Women TV airs this week on Rogers TV Toronto. Host Shannon Skinner sits down with special guest the Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Next 36, Claudia Hepburn, about her organization that is dedicated to developing up-and-coming top performing entrepreneurs in Canada. PLUS, Shannon speaks with singer-songwriter/pianist, Tajja Isen,  about her jazzy pop songs and her voice-over career that has garnered her several awards and lead roles as Sister Bear in The Berenstain Bears, Jane in Jane and the Dragon, Nessa in My Big Big Friend, and a Gemini Award-winning turn as Betty in Atomic Betty.

This episode also features Shannon’s second in the series of special segments, Woman to Watch, celebrating young Toronto-area women entrepreneurs. The hit television series began as the first-of-its-kind web TV talk show for women in Canada, and has grown into an inspirational, relevant and informative resource for women who want to follow their hearts and dreams, and live extraordinary lives. In January 2013, the show began airing on Rogers TV in Toronto/Scarborough, with 46 episodes being produced and aired over two seasons. This past summer, the show was also picked up on Rogers TV Mississauga and Richmond Hill.

Shannon’s guests are successful women from all walks of life – many high-profile — from Toronto and across Canada, from a range of industries, including: arts and entertainment, business, finance, charities, eco, media, experts – and more.
