1. How can I book and purchase the tour package?
Travel arrangements, reservations & payments through Escapades by Huntington Inc. d/b/a MyEscapades.

2. What is the size of your group?
It is a small group of 12-20 people. We require a minimum of 12 people for the tour to go ahead.
3. Who is this tour for?
This customized program is ideal for those who want to see the beauty of Italy, taste Italian wine and cuisine, and are inspired to have a life-changing trip.
4. What kind of accommodations can I expect?
All our partner hotels are reputable luxury (4 star) hotels. Pricing is based on double-occupancy. There is a single supplement for solo travellers (please enquire).
6. Will we have a tour guide for the entire tour?
We will have an English-speaking tour guide. Shannon Skinner, travel writer and host/producer of Extraordinary Women TV, will be your tour host. This is a guided tour.
7. Is my international airfare included?
No.
8. Do we fly together as a group to/from Italy?
No. We will all meet on Day 1 in Venice at the hotel. Guests are responsible for their own flight arrangements to Venice and departing from Rome after the tour program ends. This arrangement provides guests with flexibility, as you may have a preferred airline, or wish to continue exploring Italy after our tour.

10. How do I stay in touch for updates?
We will have a Facebook group and WhatsApp group where we can provide timely updates.
11. What travel documentation do I need?
You are responsible for any travel documentation including visas, permits, passports and insurance. Please contact our travel agency, MyEscapades, for information (Shannon will provide you with the phone number upon request).
12. Do I need travel insurance?
For all questions related to travel insurance, we direct you to our travel agency, MyEscapades, to discuss.
13. What are the terms and conditions?
